Murnane was selected by LeMoyne College to provide construction management services for a series of projects designed to update the campus and improve student life. The projects included a new Chapel (12,000 sq ft) completed in 1995, an addition and renovation to the Campus Center (13,300 sq ft) completed in 1998 and a state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center (25,000 sq ft) completed in 1999.

Murnane served as construction manager at risk on each of the projects and completed all of the work under a GMP contract.

For each of the individual projects, Murnane provided preliminary estimates, value engineering and phasing/sequencing planning services.

In the end the project was completed under budget by more than 2 percent with savings being returned to LeMoyne College.
